50 was pissed when Dre first revealed the Beats thing that he and Em weren't included in the deal, so Em wasn't in it from the start. That might have been fixed though, and probably was since Em's at the conference.

the biggest difference is em had a 5 year hiatus and after an album that flopped by his standards, and jay put out albums nearly every year
