There's a place in Australia called Nimbin and it is referred to as the marijuana capital. Even children smoke it. Weed is used to barter and sold in most stores with minimal subtlety. They even have a festival celebrating it every year called MardiGrass where they light up on the street at 4:20 and lobby to have it legalized.
