I think he needs an image to smybolise the theme of the album, as per his previous albums. Obviously we have no idea what his album is about, so it's difficult to consider any worthy material at this stage.
With this in mind though, we would have to actually listen to all of the 'meaningful' tracks to be able to work this out. The majority of Encore didn't uphold the fact he was considering leaving the game, but this theme underpinned the majority of the album.
Suggesting that it needs to creative or conceptual is rididiclous: of course it is going to be creative and concpetual to a degree. He hasn't failed to release an album without a conceptual front cover.
I'd like something dark like the Marshall Mathers LP or SSLP. Even Infinite was enticing.
