Maybe "I'm not sure how the world will react to Eminem's new lyrics" isn't implying it's creativity, originality and superiority compared to his previous effort. Maybe he's hinting at it's repetitiveness and unoriginality compared to his previous effort, maybe he's hinting that Eminem will do the same thing he's been doing in songs like Throw That and Richard.

Royce still says Em's the best lyracist in the game. doesnt find a problem with his corny wordplay or yelling or whatever.
So from a best friends POV probably just being nice... or is at least really impressed, but fans wont see it as that great.

hes gotten more to what TR seems to want, he stopped yelling, more technical with lyrics in BME, and started trying to do his old style voice in A Kiss, Our House etc.
so if he concentrates on topic matter, and lyrical yet sensible words, he can make a good album

If he is doing this and isn't locked in the studio making his own beats, then I hope he is sitting down with the producers and working with them on the beat like he probably did for the SH album songs. I have a very strong feeling he's in the lab making his own beats right now though. I hope his next album at least has a few Em beats, I'm sure it will.
