P!nk's voice on that record is shit if it's somehow suppost to mesh with Eminem's voice and that beat is shit. I'll be optimistic, only because I havn't heard the Eminem verse yet even...

Don't act like you listen to Pink enough to know how good her voice is lol.

I don't listen to her, but on that snippet she was SHIT.

This is probably the most poppy song Eminem has been on to date judging by that beat. It sounds like most pop/club hits now a days.

The radio isn't known for their amazing singers doe? I'm just saying, from the P!nk songs I've heard, I enjoy her voice a lot more on other songs. Like Blow Me, her singing there is better immensely, Here Comes the Weekend singing is fine (I exaggerated by saying shit), but how in the fuck will that beat/hook blend with Eminem's style?

Can't wait for this song, hope Eminem delivers. I might even mute Pink whenever she comes on so I can only hear Em :y:

Em's probably one of the most versatile rappers of all time. I think he'll be fine. The most important thing is I like how it sounds so far, and I'll play the track. Just like how you still play music I don't like. :y:

And like Revolutionary said, the beat will probably change up. LTWYL Part II had a different beat after Em's first couple lines.

Okay, I didn't see the Rev even wrote that because I posted at the same time. And course the beat will change, that's just the hook. But it'll have to still sound somewhat uniform. And, I didn't say Eminem wasn't versatile and didn't bring up our differences in music. My point is that this is looking like another step toward a more poppy image for Eminem, and I don't see this blending well.

Bitch, take another look at track seven of your Hell: The Sequel CD...

Edit: @Rev, sorry didn't know it was sarcasm, but I am interested in how he will approach it. I said I'd remain optomistic despite my opinion of P!nk's singing, the concept we have been told, and the beat/hook. @Geno, I was honestly expecting this but hoped to be surprised at least a little, I still hope there is something special waiting for me.

At the age of 40, as the most successful rapper ever and biggest selling artist of the 2000's, I'm pretty sure Eminem isn't dreaming of becoming a popstar.

He probably appreciated Pink's feature on his album so wanted to return the favour.

Ur more of a Stan than I thought....u have the tracks memorized

It's called reading a track list off my iPod. Doesn't take too much intelligence, I don't know if that's that case with you.

@Kendrick comment, this is an Eminem thread not K. Dot thread, but Lady Gaga is definitely more talented than P!nk. Gaga is in no way the worst, personally she sucks, sonically you can't argue her into last place in terms of pop talent. Now, I have already heard part of this record and none of Kendrick's, so it wouldn't be fair to compare, but once they both come out and you want that thread then I'll make it :y:

@Geno, it has nothing to do with it even being Eminem involved, it had to do with him bashing pop artist up until Recovery his WHOLE career.

Even if she has talent, how is she 'way more talented' than Pink? Lol...Pink made it with her voice, Gaga for her image.

So you going to tell me Gaga can't sing? Yeah, I'd agree with the image part but P!nk made it off her image as well.

@Bigray, learn to form an individual opinion before you criticize one.

Well, unlike those other artists, Eminem spent a considerable amount of time dissing pop stars, their music, their image so of course people are going to look at it different coming from him. Personally I think that was one of the main reasons people jumped on his band wagon in the beginning. Pop was so prevalent and he came out attacking and making fun of it. It was a relief for a lot of people that Eminem made it cool to say loudly 'I hate this pop shit.'

There's a difference with this collab and the Kendrick/Gaga collab. You can have pop singers on your album and the song can still be extremely different than said pop stars solo music (Heard Em Say by Kanye featuring fucking Adam Levine).

We haven't heard the Kendrick/Gaga song so we have no idea if it will be pop, and it probably won't be. We KNOW this song will be pop because we've heard what it sounds like. And I'm not even saying Eminem is doing anything wrong collaborating with Pink and making a pop song. But he didn't have to do it and if he did it didn't have to be pop lol.

Anyway, this song will be extremely predictable and flat. Pink will sing about what she usually sings about and Eminem will come in with a switching soft/scream delivery about being a crazy white trash star that hates hoes and cunts and will probably have a couple of cringe worthy punchlines.

Also it will probably sound like the type of music he was dissing 12 years ago
