I'm not trying to be a dick, and maybe I'm not seeing this in the same way you are but.... Who the fuck cares? We're just some random, unpopular, shit forum with maybe 20-30 "active" people. The total last post that wins thread has maybe 10 super active people that make it go fast. I just think its dumb, this isn't a special place, idk why you're interviewing the members on what goes on here about their own opinion.


Like I said maybe I'm not seeing it like you, but IMO who cares about what their opinions are in this small small forum?

Tbh the only reason I'm even active is cause I get bored as fuck. My posts never mean shit unless I'm talking about something serious. And this is the fastest place I know to go to get a song I like that just came out.

And speaking generally i.e. not addressing the forum situation, you always have to stick to your perspective and mood. In times when you're happy or excited, you're probably in a fucking minority considering the people walking by, so you can't adjust yourself to the surroundings. The only thing that matters is how you feel, you may take something more seriously than the others and it's all good. Like, when I play basketball, most of my friends are feeling nonchalant about it and are just there to be there, but I usually get into in a lot and the game means more to me in a way.

Or with music. If you go to a club and some of your favorite songs gets played you'll get fucking excited, but to the rest of the people present it's just the next song in the set. And to give one last analogy, if I go to a Champion's League game and watch Chelsea, I will be excited yes, but I don't really follow football and if some dedicated Chelsea fans goes to the same game, it will mean so much more to him.

So, you think this sucks because there is a small number of active members and then you bash one of the active members. Slim is doing this, it brings life to the forum and i think this is great.

And to make it clear, I definitely value the opinion of most people in here. We all have at least one but very major interest in common and that's music. I can't really have these discussion with people in real-life because there aren't many enough. So yeah, if 30 people online is a small number - try real-life. Plus, here we have people from different parts of the world and that makes thing even that more interesting. Music is a big part of our lives, and I'm sure most members feel good discussing it.
