I been drinking coffee since i was 13, coz i am person that had to always wake up about 5 am for training, now wen i go to colledge i still wake up at 5 am and still cant avoid drinking coffee. Any attempt not to drink coffee fucks up my day, coz i get headaches like it was a hangover (not even exagerating). 3 steady cups a day and more
and i cant lower the amount. Can any one suggest methods of getting rid of this nasty habbit.








but my mum is and everytime she doesn't drink coffee she gets a headache so it pretty much sucks lol
