Watched up until 4; that's when it started feeling pointless to be honest. I did catch a few episodes from newer seasons on TV, but nothing made me want to watch it again.
I feel I'll come back to this show once it's over... buy the box set, get some snacks and watch the whole thing.

Last season was so boring. Almost only fillers and stupid episodes. I rarely laughed. They had so many re-runs when they could have new episodes instead. They could actually wrap it up in the last season, but noooo, let's drag it more, to the next season. It's pointless. Last season was boring. I am not even interested in finding who the mom is anymore. Just fucking finish with the 8th season please.

I love it and am excited for the next season, however, as all would agree the first (3) seasons were way better than the new ones, but I still find them entertaining. I guess everything is good when the expectations are proper.

Even though the producers already confirmed a Robin x Barney marriage. They've planned that since season 5, they said.

5 wasn't that hot, fell off. 6 i feel was really good, they it was still funny and felt a lot like the older episodes while progressing story and shit. 7 was pretty dull, and kal penn was a bit disappointing, of course i shouldn't be expecting "Kumar" though.
can't wait for season 8, hopefully they reveal who the fucking mother this season

The highlights for me was Barney explaining the whole Robin thing in 52 seconds LOL. Fuckin' love that guy.
The part where he called that German bridesmaid was fucking classic. "I'll definitely do this under your command. Oh a broom closet. Perfect" or w/e. I was in tears. It was so subtle as shit with those brooms in there... God I love this show.
