I prefer old grind time the most but I would go with KOTD currently.

KOTD is obviously the best league at the moment, but GT's golden days were ridiculous. BOTB5 is still the best battle event ever.

Wow, there's a battle I couldn't care less about. T-Rex will mix up words and generally be a moron, and Diz will ramble on and on about how he'll 'run up in your house', occasinally mixing in average freestyles.

In written leagues...Illmaculate, when he's in God mode, is #1. Basically, if he really wants it, he's going to win.

Kid Twist 2007-2008, though, was pretty much untouchable looking at it insult to insult. He seems to have been adversely affected by the league's new obsession with corny punchlines/double entendres and endless strings of 8-syllable multis. His strong suit was tearing you to shreds with witty, humorous insults and rebuttals.

Freestyling...it basically goes Justice, The Saurus, and then everyone else. I know NoCanDo is seen as the best technical freestyler by his peers, but he just doesn't have quite enough asshole in him to win every insult war the way the former do.

I'd love to see The Saurus vs. Justice in the 4 bar pass. I don't think The Saurus has ever lost in that format. Unfortunately, it'll never happen since Justice is bored with battling and The Saurus doesn't do rematches...plus it wouldn't really be spontaneous anymore now that they've battled twice.

I remember seeing an interview with The Saurus and he implied it was quite close to the event.

But also commented on how it's inevitable that people think of things to say about their opponent beforehand.
