He just has to say bidding goes on for 10 minutes and we count the minutes starting frOm the time he posted.
That way, no matter how many people bid, the last that bid durIng these 10 minutes gets him.
Whenever I'm on I usually wait five minutes since the last bid happened and if no one bids in that time frame, I close the bid and open up the next artist.
But tbh it seems a lot smarter to just go with the trading route. Some people seem to trade their artists for less than what they bought them for.
