How would you feel if BH broke up?

C'mon, I grew up on TES and Devil's Night. D12 is a huge part of my childhood. It's not easy to get over something like that.

They were part of my childhood too, but ya know it's easy to get over seeing how they haven't put music out for 8 years. It's really like nothing has changed except they have now official been announced as broken up. I probably would be affect if Black Hippy broke up doe, but seeing as that will never happen it's not a problem
:smoking:

No offense to any body, this forum just needs to stop living in the past and live in the present. D-12's dead, it's broken up, Obie is a nobody, 50 Cent is irrelevant, Eminem's a Gollum, Dr. Dre is a hermit, Slaughterhouse will never get popular, and Yelawolf is still undecided but has a large possibility of never being well known as well. Everyone thought this was Eminem's Recovery, but things really have been getting worse, not better. I'm not talking about Eminem's mental state though, that is better.

Man1x, stop trolling. D12 isn't dead and quit saying they are in a thread where people actually give a fuck about D12's music. It's annoying.

Eight years of no official music is hardly trolling.

You don't include mixtapes?

Mixtapes didn't have Eminem on them :coffee:

As a collective of six rappers (with Fuzz or Proof, doesn't matter), they haven't put out an album since 2004. The mixtapes were thrown together with really only four of the members backing its creation. Then, they fight on twitter and basically disband. They are done and I will bet my account on this forum they will never make another album.

And I'm not trying to be annoying, but y'all know it's true. /Cya

Self-acknowledgement is the step in the right direction, son. :y:

I'm glad you recognize that you're ignorant then. You're right, you're taking a step in the right direction. :y:

It's much different, because before we were waiting. They kept releasing music, songs, freestyles, whatever. It was nice, now that we're seeing everything fall apart it's just...sad.

Know this is a joke so moving on.

I don't think any of us care. We enjoy the music, none of us give a fuck if they're famous or relevent anymore. For a fan, none of that matters. Unless you're one of those retarded fans who don't like it when a rapper you like gets famous.

That is all. You seriously don't have to come into a thread like this and start saying shit like that, it does no good.

But you just assumed I'm one of those people that cares if anyone is relevant any more. My paragraph about TRShady's inconsistent realities was placed here because people still act like it's 2002 and always seem puzzled when something doesn't do good. I remember when people were thinking Yelawolf and Slaughterhouse were going to blow up and that New Day would be a smash hit. Honestly, as long as the music is good I don't care about popularity (for example, I like Yelawolf), but you can't act like people on here are disillusioned by the relevancy of Shady Records and the quality of music they put out. Now, if you like the music, that's great. By all means don't let me convince you other wise, I really don't care if you listen to Black Hippy, D-12, etc. Also, when you say "Unless you're one of those retarded fans who don't like it when a rapper you like gets famous," I don't understand where that comes from. I really don't care who gets famous, but people on TRShady certainly do. That 2 Chainz thread is recent proof.

I'm not trying to offend you, but D-12 has kind of been broken up for a long while now (although the relationship was on and off). It's not like it came out of no where. I only commented because it's obvious everyone is in denial about them breaking up. Every reply almost in this thread was about how they'll get back together one day, and how Bizarre/who ever really didn't leave. Believe what you want about the music, but when the facts about them breaking up are there every turn you make don't be fooled into believe what you want. D-12 was ditched for Slaughterhouse and Bad Meets Evil, we all know it.

Finally, don't you think it's ridiculous this thread turned into a funeral with everyone mourning the loss of something that everyone has known to be true (officially) for some time. It's just a group, settle down people.

D12's still cool with each other, I think they may have performed at the Proof memorial they do every year or something. If I never got a new D12 album though, I wouldn't be distraught, I'd just remember the music I had and focus on the future. That's all you can do.

I like Eminem better without D12, I'll not be distraught if Bizarre never makes another appearance on an Eminem album tbh.

I actually think this could be an opportunity for them all to grow more. See how far they can go, and go from there. Who knows?

What do you mean by grow? As individual emcees they have grown exponentially since D12 World, they're not gonna grow much further at this point.

I'm thinking maybe they might grow in the sense of how much bigger they could get, or see what type of project they could put together. Something like that.
