Kendrick Lamar has always put twists on his words. It creates a more catchy tone with fans. The way he says "fuck thaaaaat" on ADHD really was popularized, too.

Hell, why do you think "That shit cray" was so popular? People love original, trendy phrases that they can use with their slang conversations.
