He raps a little bit faster than jay, em seems a little bit better technically on renegade but I can't imagine that song without jay-z.

imo, eminem would have been booring if he had to do the song on his own, not jay-z
Eminem renegaded jay-z technically but jay-z could renegade Em musically anyday.

heard the song, was impressive technically but the song had 0 replay value imo.
lyrics didn't make a lot of sens and I think it's pretty easy for a rapper to write royce's lyrics.
Ofc he makes great rhymes, but royce will soon rap by giving every fruit names and animals on the same verse.
I think Jay-z has something more special.

Yes, simply because Em's verses are better and he's a better rapper. Everything about Em is better than Jay, I'm sorry. Despite my thread in HHD I'm not a Jay-Z hater, mainly just wanted to start discussion even though I believe the statement I made. Jay is a good rapper but not great.

It's a combination of lyrics, production, and his flows which are constantly changing...he's not a dull artist in the slightest. There's just something about Em's music that clicks for people. That's the same with other artists as well. I think Em's music is one of a kind and to me, that makes a great artist.

ems flow on that song was better than jays. his annunciation was great, and his verses had impressive cadence/rhyming. Jay took it lyrically though and I think his second verse is the best on the song. They were tied imo
