I always felt "Cold Wind Blows" was maybe more middle, but can't deny that stylistically it sounds more like Relapse or a halfway point. Sometimes a style will be revisited once more though- "Our House" had more similarity rhythmically at some point to things like "Throw It Up" or "A Kiss" than it did "Richard".
I wish artists would put write&record dates in the liner. :(
