Let's Say Em's Next Album Sucks

If Em's next album turns out to be shitty i.e. full of bad beats and average verses, thus making the whole album an obvious failure ala Encore, can we make an agreement here that everyone will stop with the excuses and never ever utter the sentence "he can still make an amazing album" unless it actually happens later on?

I've been busting his balls since Recovery.

I hated Encore. But I loved Relapse and still do.

Though I do remember saying Em is sounding like the old Em the first time I listened to Recovery.

That feeling passed very very quickly. I guess some people never let that go.

If Em's album sucks, I'll still be a fan. I always will. He's made so much good music, there's always that chance he will make more. I'm not even looking for a good album. Just a couple good songs here and there I can add to the collection. That's all you can ask from Em at this point. He's like that old baseball player that only plays DH. He strikes out a lot, but every once in a while hits a home run.

Same thing happened with Numb. Listened to it and delete it. I don`t find that verse terrible but i also don`t think the song is good. You should all stop being such drama queens and overreact all the time.

Em`s music is a big part of my life and if he screws up his next album I will just accept the fact that he is not good any more. But I will always respect him for the great music he gave us.

I hate recovery for a few reasons.

Em's hate of Relapse ruins the songs he bases them in. 1. Because I love it. 2. Because I don't believe he hates it. Evident in the bme song where he references Bagpipes.

I was let down to learn that Talking to myself was a beat someone else had already used. I understand that stuff happens, but I liked Em better when he had the Eminem show mind set of " why would I want anyone but me producing for me, I know what sound I want"

And overall the album just felt rushed. It always had a mix tape feel to it.

The only songs I really like at the moment is 25 to life and almost famous.

It's not the worst album I've ever heard. But I actually bought this album. And I haven't listened to it in probably six months. I still listen to Relapse,SSLP MMLP and Eminem show. And they are all older.

I just think he moved too fast and trusted other people's opinions too much. I'm glad he wanted to try some new things, but it just didn't work out.

Also, Rihanna, pink....get out of here with that shit.

If he wanted to colab with some people, put Nas, Jay Z, 50 cent, Hopsin, Tech9, royce....put those people on there. Fucking Rihanna.pfft I GUESS DATS Y DEY CALL IT WINDOW PAYNE...fag

^ LOL Love The Way You Lie is one of the best song on the album. There's one bad line, the rest is great and you probably hate it just because of the fact that it got overplayed.

I mean when it leaked, everyone was LOVING it. I swear, I remember that. Talking 2 Myself and Not Afraid have both been used, but the songs are still good and uplifting. The whole album is uplifting and inspiring.
