LL Cool J. Yes I know everyone will likely say "Em only collabs with pop stars like Rihanna, Pink. He's also doing a collab with Big Sean." This is difference. Em has stated that LL is a major influence on him. He said LL was the first rapper he listen to and Em has wanted to do a track with him. Sure LL is past his prime but the music he is putting out is still better than anything Lil Wayne or anyone at YMCMB puts out. Do you think Em will reach out to LL?

That's long overdue but I think they've missed the right time a few times now... LL is the ultimate champ of hip-hop 'cuz he'll soon release his 14th official album & all of them came on Def Jam.. his first album was Def Jam's very first album as well.

LL is a temple of hip-hop & a few years back when Em pranked him on the phone in that radio show they talked about hanging out which made it possible but unfortunately nothing happened.

Then 50 supposed to exec. produce LL's ''Tod Smith-Part 2 Back to Cool'' album but Jay Z was then president of Def Jam & wouldn't obviously let it happen which sucked 'cuz if it happened Em would've been on that album IMO. LL was really unhappy with it & addressed it saying Jay Z only promotes his albums on Def Jam while makes it really hard for other artists on the roster which is one of the few reasons Def Jam & Jay parted ways.

Anyway... I hope Em & LL collaborate for the sakes of hip-hop... or Em with the whole Juice crew roster as well.

You're right about the 15 years EM had... esp. since he has said so many times LL is one of his biggest influences & you're right it's not happening too, but you're way wrong about ''Exit 13'' as it was a good album... esp. 'cuz it didn't have no expesnive feats. or trendy beats on it like the music industry works right now. Plus don't forget LL has countless timeless classics & he's been relevant all the way from the early 80's up until now.

I disagree. Very few artists makes 12 albums. Even fewer have any quality left. I enjoyed Cry, it was really the only song I would want to hear more than once.

I don't think Em and LL would have good chemistry on a song even in LL's prime. Probably why we've never gotten a song.
