Also, I would do Skylar so bad.. she's fucking sexy.

EminemBase wrote:Cool enough vid, Em looks comfortable and... recently has been the only time perhaps in his career ever that I've seen him genuinely happy (not superficially happy or over-compensating with cartoony silliness... although he's silly in this, it seems genuine). Perhaps some points of 2002 too...
I think maybe he's created or is creating an album right now that he knows is the shit or, he feels very in his element. As he seems to have finally let go of what his fans are thinking and is just happy with doing what he finds funny or exciting again (even if you or I, or anyone else, doesn't).
The only thing which is a bit saddening lately is him those audio techniques (lower/higher pitch) to emphasize puns in the same way Kanye, Wayne and everybody else in mainstream rap has been doing for a while now. Which goes a little against what I said just now, IF he is doing that to just fit in and knowing that it's working right now so he'll keep doing it.
But, he may genuinely like it and so is just adopting it too.
But, what's different to Eminem now vs. Eminem in his prime is, Eminem in his prime was COMPLETELY in his own world - Eminem is still a personality and charismatic and creative on the mic, and still does things in his own way, but it's more like he's adopting popular-isms within rap and altering them to suit him now. Where as he never used to do that. He USED to make things popular, or just do things completely void of care for what others were doing...
Hopefully he's fully in that mindset with his new solo material. As that's when he shines.
