With all tour stuff announced going France Europe etc is it safe to say? Unless hes touring on a 3 year old album its coming out prob in summer or earlier.

Definitely. I say his album comes out April or May, with an announcement late January. Recovery came out in June, and he did the Jay-Z shows in September I believed. Not that that necessarily means anything. But I doubt he would go on tour performing old material the same time a new album is being released.

Recovery came out in June and he had his first show like 18 days later.

Does it really make sense to give dates for promotion of an album that's not coming for another 8 months. He could create a whole new album until then.
