It's cool that you don't like it but I'm sure that Crook, Joell, and Royce would tell you that Budden's verse is the best on that song. It's universally known that it is!!!

I think Royce's dealings with drugs and shit and Joell's girl cheating on him and destroying his life and his child is more deep than Budden telling Em "thank you for taking me in"...

Which is why I think Budden's verse is the weakest. Doesn't mean it's bad, I just don't like it, personally. I can appreciate it from a lyrical/message standpoint but Royce and Joell's are better, IMO.
