It's true what happened. He was accused of pistol whipping that bouncer, but actually, he pulled him to the ground and the gun fell out of his pocket.

It annoys me whenever he talks about how good his life is now and then makes some random comment about how bad he has it.
i.e. All of Recovery saying how good he feels, then in My Life saying "My life is in a crisis"
In exactly which way is his life in a crisis at this point in his career?

Maybe something to do with the Music that he's making lately. Could be that he's not able to concentrate lately due to some personal problems and it's showing in his Rhymes.
