Today my girlfriend of 6 months broke up with me. It sucks. (inb4 almostlity "no1curr") She said I get mad too easily, (which is kind of true). I didn't even really see it coming when she broke up with me. She just messaged me over Facebook (which makes it even worse) and said she doesn't wanna date anymore, but wants to be friends. Since then I've been listening to 808s & Heartbreaks (awesome breakup album btw) and trying to get over her. Any advice on how to get over a girl? Cause this fucking sucks

Hahah thanks man. I definitely do not want to go back to her though. I've dated her twice now and both times she's fucked me over.

2 years ago my girlfriend of 3 years (at the time of course) and I broke up.

At first I was upset but then I realized "hey she's just a girl so who cares" and I stopped giving a damn about her. We're still "friends" but we don't really talk. It's probably best you avoid her and everything that reminds you of her for a bit until you stop caring so you don't get upset. Anything of hers you have, throw it out / give it back. Trust me, it'll help.
