LOL that's odd, I wonder what their logic was for that.
Heroin is definitely number one, especially in the area of addiction potential. The physical addiction from any opiate fucking sucks, and from Heroin (usually by IV) it's down right hell from what I've heard. Muscle cramps, insane diarrhea to the point of dehydration, vomiting, sleeplessness, anxiety, depression...the list goes on. That's what you're fighting against having happen when you're a heroin junkie. However, if you can keep a steady supply (at manageable doses), a heroin junkie can usually live a fairly normal life (barring hepatitis, HIV, and overdose). Still, chemical slavery is no bueno.
Cocaine isn't one of those "do it once and you're hooked" type of drugs. It's something that a person of average self-control could probably do recreationally once in a rare while without any issues. Since it has sort of a short duration, people that get used to doing it tend to keep re-dosing. That's why it's not so bad for a night or a weekend, but for people buying it in large amounts, the euphoria and inflated ego might be hard to resist. Physically, the act of snorting it regularly isn't good for you, and god only knows what's in it by the time it makes it to you from Columbia. It's also a tropane alkaloid, and that class of chemicals tends to build up in your body over time.
Molly. Molly is just about the most benign stimulant out there. Now, I would imagine it's almost impossible to find pure molly's anymore. Generally you'll be getting some X rolls stamped with meth, caffeine, MDPV, and maybe just a touch of actual Molly just to make it worth your while. It's a psychedelic, which isn't the type of thing that you want to do all the time, no matter how good it feels. It's too mentally stressful--that's not to say that it's such a bad thing, but rather you just don't feel like doing psychedelics every day because you feel mentally exhausted afterwards. True, unadulterated Molly isn't going to gack you out, and is perfectly safe in normal doses for most people.
Not to mention, out of all of those drugs, Molly actually may leave you with a lasting impression that could benefit you in the long run. The level of empathy you feel when on the stuff is unreal; you could feel the pain of your worst enemy, and forgive them for whatever they did to wrong you. You learn to love others, and love yourself, and it's pretty much the best cure for asshole-syndrome. Occasional use of Molly is safer than occasional use of either of the previous drugs, and is also more fun I would think.
Aside from some dehydration, I don't see what is so bad about doing some Molly once in a great while. It doesn't drain your spinal fluid, and unless your a regular heavy user, your serotonin levels aren't going to be drastically affected either. I wonder what this person you were talking to was basing their argument on?
