I understand no one will forget about Em to the point where people don't even recognize the name, but his popularity is gradually decreasing. there are stars rising everyday.

Take for example Kanye. Him marrying Kim and having a baby with one of the most popular and well-known celebrities today just boosts his own popularity.

I'm not on anything, I'm just speaking realistically. You must be delusional if you think Em will remain on the top charts for the rest of his life. And btw, you proved my point. Em sold well with Recovery due to Not Afraid being the first single. It garnered attention, and a lot of it because he was dissing his last album (an album that got tons of negative reviews). Not to mention he strayed away from the Relapse content and went soft, promising no more beef.

Have you ever heard that dumb statement, "Em's not like other rappers that talk about drugs and money, he raps about LIFE." Em dropping Not Afraid as his first single proved that statement right, and gave him a lot of sales. That's why Relapse only sold 600k. Probably would have sold less if he didn't put Beautiful on it.

Kanye is famous, but he is not in the same category as Eminem. Kanye is doing everything he can to be famous. Eminem is doing very little, probably just what Interscope makes him do, for the last 6-7 years. And yet, Kanye can`t touch Eminem in terms of popularity.
You can love Em or hate him, but he is the most popular rapper ever. And one of the biggest celebrities ever.
