Yeah, good for losing weight but if youre trying to build muscle, eat some food and lift some weight. You gotta stick to a routine and get certain types and amounts of food, sure, but just do that and you will gain some muscle. Dont pay loads for some fitness plan when you can just go look it up and do it for free.
If you have seen some advert of a guy going from fat to muscular in 12 weeks or something then you need to realise that he had already built up that muscle and just left it for a few months. It looks like shit, he takes some pictures to show him looking 'out of shape' then because of muscle memory it only takes a month or two for him to get back in shape again.
