Since all we ever see him wearing as Eminem is jeans, black lather jacket, black/white/gray t-shirt, that's how we expect to see him, and we wouldn't expect him to be walking around Walmart wearing a bright red shirt or whatever. Dressing differently would throw people off. "Nah, that's not him."
