I guess what I was saying is that GOAT isn't actually...great. It's alright and kind of a fun song to listen to but if he had that mentality today then people would be calling him immature for beefing and everything. His recent verses are better than GOAT. At least he somewhat tries even if you don't think he is. During GOAT he sounded dead. I find it strange that someone can like Em when he's making drugged out horrible verses back then but says he's fallen off based off of a couple of guest verses right now when he's sober.

The reason I find his recent verses bad is his new, Nicki Minaj-type flow. And some corny punches. Em had no corny punches and had a relaxed flow on GOAT, sounds badass.

If you go on a song and brag about how you're better than someone that means you clearly think they're worth being better than, so he's basically saying if Weezy says he's better than Jay-Z that must imply that Weezy thinks Jay-Z is one of the best.
