It's not a twitch - I can tell what it is because I have a similar urge, and am obsessive; it's because most of us have one eye bigger than the other, and he's obviously noticed that, and it's usually the right eye (which it is with him too), so if you notice in photos - he's always squinting his right eye slightly to try and make the sizes of them both even, and that carries across to when he talks sometimes too.
