I was curious and I searched the guy of the song, Jimmy Gnecco. And he looks so much to the protagonist of her videos. Maybe this is the guy she says all the songs are about. So they looked for a similar one :

he is a bit famous, not a big celebrity. He is the vocalist for the rock band Ours as well as a solo artist. The guy has his certain something, i think the kind of bad boy Lana likes to talk about.

I guess is not chance that he looks so much to the guy in Blue jeans and Born to die.

Lana Del Rey Says Her Next Album Is Stripped Down & Spiritual, Reveals Song Title “Black Beauty”

Lana Del Rey has been hiding away in the UK (probably because she knows those Brits love her), but she returned to her spiritual home, California, to work on her sophomore album. The singer told BBC’s Newsbeat that she went to Santa Monica to write the follow-up to her pretty Paradise EP, and already the album is starting to take shape. “[I] moved on to a more spiritual place lyrically,” she said of the new material. So, we guess her juju tastes like Pepsi Cola this time around?

Del Rey added, “It’s a little more stripped down but still cinematic and dark,” and said she enlisted “the same three guys” for this project. Odds are she means Emile Haynie, Justin Parker and Rick Nowels, who each had sizable footprints on her prior releases.
And while Lana admitted that she’s been taking her time with the album, she’s still far enough along that she’s already thinking about videos. “I have a song called ‘Black Beauty’ and I’ve already talked to people about making it.” Perhaps it’s inspired by her new hair color?

A bit more information about that new album, but it's kinda the same :

The American singer, who now lives in the UK, has recently been writing new music in Santa Monica, California, for her new release.
She said: “It’s a little more stripped down but still cinematic and dark.”
Last week the star, whose real name is Elizabeth Woolridge Grant, won the award for best international female at the Brit Awards.

‘Slow progress’

Speaking to Newsbeat after her win, the 26-year-old said: “I’ve been working on it really slowly but I love everything I’ve done.
“I’ve been writing in Santa Monica (California) and I know what the record sounds like. Now I just have to finish it.
“Musically I’ve worked with the same three guys.”
Lana Del Rey’s debut album Born To Die, released in January 2012, was the fifth best-selling album around the world last year, shifting 3.4 million copies.
Frenchman Yoann Lemoine, or Woodkid as he’s know on stage, directed Lana Del Rey’s Born To Die and Blue Jeans videos and the singer says she already has a vision for one of her new tracks.

“For some reason the videos are still the easiest things that come,” she explained.
“As soon as I write the words to a song, I can paint exactly what I want the picture to look like.
“I have a song called Black Beauty and I’ve already talked to people about making it.”

I didn't know she was living in the UK. I love how unlike other celebrities she always looks close and smiling, even when they catch her at the airport:

she's very easy to nod off to. the production is so ambient she's almost in the adult contemporary genre. but i'm glad she sticks to pop. it wouldn't be the same if she tried making the content mature and deep and whatnot. I love my singers shallow as hell!

Lana made a new song and video. The song is called "Chelsea hotel No 2" and it was originally composed by Leonard Cohen for Janis Joplin. So it's a version and as you can imagine coming from a song compossed by Cohen is a sad song. The video is very simply:

It's not my favorite Lana style. But it's not a bad song.

On a girly note, someone should burn her brown lipsticks.
