If I'm honest I never understood why some people love fast food so much...I hardly ever feel the need to eat fast food, and after my stomach always feel bad.

Don't give up now , Lello. I guess this will be the hardest part and now it will be much more slowly, but you did a great job until now, and you have a great motivation thinking how much better you look now and how much healthy you are.
I don't understand why you feel depressed with the diet. Are you eating healthy? I mean a bit of everything, vegetables, fish....You should take care with carbohydrates, sugar...but you have to eat a bit of everything (Healthy)
