EmBase, I think you'll be encouraged by what you hear. The consistency of this release is the only thing to me that comes close to Arena Rap.

This, coupled with the XXL interview makes me have faith in Yelawolf that I haven't had in any artist in a long time.

Big Henry is the best on gangster in my opinion. Paul wall didn't make me puke and rhyme room is simply great. Features were perfectly fine to me

Yeah, I agree about the features being good on this one. I didn't like ASAP's flow, but other than that, I have no complaints. He chose carefully, and did everything right on his end. The collaborators also make sense for the project.

good kid is one of the greatest hip hop albums of this new decade with MBDTF, omega still comparing every new album or tape to GKMC... you can clearly see that he still feels insecure about his fav artists 6 months later :flutter:
