Lol no it doesn't, not if you take the correct kind. In fact, it regulates the menstrual cycle so in most cases the benefit of the pill far outweighs any negatives.

@rolemodel, what slik says. If you go to a doc, and he/she gives you the right one. You shouldn't have bad effects. Not saying it can happen.
