So he's "finishing up". I don't expect to hear anything solid until end of April/beginning of May so everybody needs to chill with the "any news yet" posts everyday. Hope their's something with Kendrick. I think their voices would mesh well.

For what it's worth "Relapse 2" was announced to be almsot done March 19th, 2010.

Dr Dre doesn't seem too involved in this, which probably means it'll be a mix of different producers or an Eminem produced album..

But don't get your hopes up, he probably didn't produce shit.

I think that It's how he works now.
He asks you to work on your album for a few months and then you go to the studio with him but if he feels that the album is ready, then it's ready I guess :unsure:

It's a good thing tbh because it means that the albums of his artists are great by his standards

Nah, Eminem always gets a pass. If Em wanted to do a full album with Dre beats, it would have happened already. Eminem isn't a newcomer like Kendrick. He can get Dre beats whenever he wants.

Dr Dre told kendrick that he was "ready" to work on his own, Kendrick was supposed to go in the studio with Dre but Dre told him that the album was perfect like that. (Kendrick played a song produced by Dre during a listening party but the song didn't make the album)

It's probably the same for Eminem, I'm sure that the album is done and Dre just has to remix it tbh.

Kendrick was supposed to lock in the studio and do some records with Dre but the Doc told him that the album was done and from what I have read, they worked together on several songs for his next albums.

I hope it's the same for Eminem, I want him to be confident about his artist's formula because he can release a masterpiece
