ur pretty much screwed but try to start it up in safe mode and see if u can get all ur programs and stuff onto a cd or sumthin. scan for viruses/spyware/adware...etc., just try to do w/e u can without re-installing windows. if worse comes to worse then re-install windows and u should be fine. heres how to start up in safe mode:

* If the computer is running, shut down Windows, and then turn off the power
* Wait 30 seconds, and then turn the computer on.
* Start tapping the F8 key. The Windows Advanced Options Menu appears. If you begin tapping the F8 key too soon, some computers display a "keyboard error" message. To resolve this, restart the computer and try again.
* Ensure that the Safe mode option is selected.
* Press Enter. The computer then begins to start in Safe mode.
* When you are finished with all troubleshooting, close all programs and restart the computer as you normally would.

o   have you tried starting up using a bootable floppy
that would start using the floppy before anything else. if it crashed for that then it will be something to to with hardware mayb something to do with ram or something
