No I was not trying to say that... you brought that out of nowhere, it was about United but I thought you're talking in general because it was totally irrelevant at the first place.

cityfan31 wrote:Whatever, today was a great day at Wembley. Thought City were better in the first 60 minutes but Chelsea looked so dangerous once Torres came on and could easily have finished in a draw and Extra Time. We were hanging on. Hazard is a great player!
Great atmosphere in the ground too.
Fingers crossed we can go on to beat Wigan and make it 4 trophies in 4 years!

I agree with that... actually this trophy is won already.
Congrats.

Anyways man, this doesn't matter. Today was a good day although Wigan will give us probably more of a test than Stoke did last time.

We all agreed that Di Canio is a legend by the way?

That was my point... I thought you were talking in general, I didn't have idea you don't count games watched on TV 'cuz I thought you implied I don't know shit about football.
I've never been to the new or the old City stadium.

He is in England... like semi-legend in Italy too but I hate the guy! He is Laziale & I'm Romanista!

Better cheer for Juventus when they take on Lazio tomorrow then, homie. Lazio always gives us a hard time.

Of course... Juve definitely have to win tomorrow which would leave Lazio behind Roma. Lazio were very lucky when they kicked Juve outta Coppa Italia (both games) so I guess tomorrow is gonna be the other way around. Plus Buffon is only scared of Totti when he visits Rome. ;)

I kinda miss the energy of Juve vs. Roma since Del Piero left though! The way Totti & Del Piero respected each other & treated each other before the games was second to none.

Menzo wrote:Yeah, the Coppa Italia was pretty lame and Lazio are lucky to have a keeper as amazing as Marchetti (who really needs to find a better team tbh). Juventus also have inadequate strikers :n:

I agree... the two back to back misses in the injury time were ridiculous.
Still I hope Juve players are gonna kick Lazio's asses tonight... like really bad!

Menzo wrote:True, lol. Who wouldn't fear Totti in Rome though. Although last year when Buffon saved Totti's penalty there...that was fucking beautiful, I was ready to cry lol.

I was ready to cry too! lol
It wasn't just the penalty... he saved the whole game. If it had to be someone then it definitely had to be Buffon though.

Menzo wrote:I agree, they were really good friends and the moment the game ended, they'd hug it out and just laugh. Del Piero and Totti always showed up for those games too, something about playing against your best friends makes them step it up a notch - Buffon too, having played with Totti since they were around 15 I think. I LOVE the amount of respect Italian legends show to one another. So fucking classy.

All on point! :y: Buffon is a great individual & have always loved Totti... & vice versa of course.

Our Wednesday game against Fulham is a must win!

Cheated! You got absolutely dominated for 3/4 of the game.

The officiating was mediocre at best.

Not sure how much more of Torres' shirt Kompany could have grabbed without ripping it off.

I'm not bitter about the loss though, far from it. City deserved to go through. I was proud of our performance in the final 20 minutes, but it was too little, too late.

They're in beast mode right now, what an entertaining half especially after a disappointing show in the Champions League.

Inter - Roma are always classic. I really like Roma's team.

Even a draw sends Roma to the final against Lazio... A Cup final against Lazio in which Roma could win the record 10th Coppa Italia title & put the cup logo on their shirts forever... & to achieve that before Juve ;)

If that happened it'd really be like a pre written story... I couldn't be better than that.
