Cashis - The County Hound 2

Postby TheGentlePlayer » Apr 16th, '13, 00:11

Song Producer 'Rikanatti' tweeted:

I co-produced 2 tracks with @Eminem for @TheRealCashis new project 'the County Hound 2'

Maybe a new Cashis ft Eminem coming? Not that you guys probobly care so much but I just wanted to share this information.
I wanted an album so rugged nobody could touch it.
Spent a million a track and went over my budget.
Now how in the fuck am I supposed to get out of debt?
I can't rap anymore, I just murdered the alphabet.

Those beats were made back then... Rikanatti was officially singed on Shady as a producer for The County Hound so I guess those are the ones that didn't make the cut for the EP. I've heard many times about those beats actually... it's good they'll finally come.
It definitely won't have Em feats!

We're gonna rock this house until we knock it down
So turn the volume loud, cause it's mayhem 'til the a.m.
So baby make just like K-Fed and let yourself go, let yourself go
Say fuck it before we kick the bucket
Life's too short to not go for broke

Go Berzerk!

I loved it too... the worst thing about it was that they made it an EP though. That had to be a full album... it would've taken off if it was IMO.

Damn. Cashis still even exists? Boggles the mind I tell ye.
He was alright back in the day. Exhibit A:

And "Lac Motion" was banoodles too. There's a few more songs but I forget.

"You Think That I'm Crazy" was good, and I'm not just saying that because it was Em produced. 1-2-3 (Feat. Royce) was dope too, the beat and the hook was great.

I agree... he still puts out some quality material even though it's not like what for instance Serenade my life was.
Cashis was someone I was kinda in contact with for the last couple of years or so but him acting like a pretend friend first & then even collaborating with Game & Rick Ross was kinda off for me so I just stopped bothering at all.

I do like it a lot too... my all time fave Cashis tracks are Ms. Jenkins & Serenade my life though! Both stone cold classics in my opinion. Ms. Jenkins made me believe Cashis was gonna be the next big thing back in the day... but it didn't really work that way.

If people took Ca$his for what he is, a so-so gangster rapper who talks about what he's experienced, he'd be easier to accept. I think the hype Eminem gave him that he simply doesn't have the skill to live up to hurt his career more than it helped it. He doesn't have the charisma to be huge like 50, and that's what Em was trying to sell him as.

He's a decent street rapper, and when I'm in the mood for that style of music, Ca$his' gritty sound is great. Eminem just tried to sell him as more than what he is.

Cashis was so damn annoying on Shady Records. I remember when he tried to pick a fight with Royce

Like CP said, he is a so-so gangsta rapper. Dime a dozen type of fella
