Def Jam President/CEO Jay-Z is considering launching an artist-driven label called Def Jam Left with the hopes of signing hip-hop band the Roots. Meanwhile, Jigga also is thinking of coming out of retirement to release a new solo album. "Who knows?" he says. "When people want something bad enough, it happens. I'm trying to hold out, but I don't know how long I can."
