doesn't look like Tracy Mcnew to me, Tracy is more blonde and bigger if memory serves me.

It could be Kim or not , it's impossible to say. Where is that picture at?? He hardly ever is in pictures unless he is filming something or so, and if he was working I doubt Kim was with him, so it could be anyone...But it certainly looks like her.

That pic was already posted on the previous page. I saw a pic of Kim where she had the same hair and finger tatoos, I think it's her. They said it was labeled "Halloween" so maybe some school event or trick or treating. Do teenagers do that or is it just for kids? I think I stopped trick or treating and starting going to Halloween parties by age 14.

The photos I posted wasn't from the LA restaurant. This was late Feb in Detroit for family members birthday. He confuses people wearing the same clothes all the time lol

You can go to Halloween parties without trick-or-treating. Older people throw adult halloween parties as a way to hang out and sometimes where 'naughty' costumes.

Oh you're right he's wearing a different hat and shirt. He's wearing the exact same stuff in those two pictures though, so maybe those were from the same night.
