I don't know why I can't make a new topic/thread but for any one who is willing to believe the following and read my post.... here's the story...

Eminem was in NYC today, April 30, 2013.

I was out to dinner with my girlfriend in Manhattan. Randomly, my cousin, who works at Lucky Strike Bowling Alley in Manhattan texts me, and says "Eminem is here". He knows I'm a huge Eminem fan. I was like he has to be fucking with me, I don't believe you. My girl was like but he's not like that he's never joked with you ever. I call him and he was like "Chris, why would I lie to you - I have nothing to gain from lying to you.. come see for yourself."

So my girlfriend and I get in a cab and go to the Strike. As I'm walking in, my cousin meets me outside and I was like "Are you just messing with me cause I just paid 20 bucks for a cab to get here" and he asks the bouncer "Who's here right now?" Bouncer responded "Eminem is here, Slim Shady in the building!"

At this point I'm ecstatic. The artist I've been listening to since I was 11.. this is as close as I'll ever get outside of a concert. So I was like to my cousin, "you have to get me in that back room. I don't even care if I get to talk to him or whatever, I just wanna go back there." He was like "Christopher, they paid thousands of dollars to block off the back room so no one except two waitresses can go back there. And they have to give their cell phones to the body guard every time they come by" And I was like "c'mon!!!!!" So he gets me a t-shirt from the back so it looks like I work there. I put it in and walk in behind the bar in the private area where Eminem & camp are. I open the fridge to grab some water and there he is, Slim Shady is standing 15 feet from me with a bowling ball in his hand. I stared for a few seconds then turned around.. sipped my water.. and turned back around and watched him bowl. There were two black guys sitting at the bar. I literally was as discrete as I can be but I guess I was grilling him hard. I wasn't even thinking. Couldn't help it even though I know how high profile Eminem is but the black guy told me "Stop staring. :et the man chill." So I turned around, continued drinking my water, took one last glance and walked away.

Em was wearing his usual Kangol cap (grey) a hooded sweatshirt and a black watch on his right hand. Couldn't see his shoes cause the bar was blocking me.

I wanted so badly to take a picture but my cousin said "no way, you can't.. you'll get me in trouble.. this is my business, celebrities come here all the time, you absolutely cannot take a picture what so ever." And I completely understand why. But to come that close really was something special especially since I have listened to Eminem consecutively every day since I first heard My Name Is.

Apparently Haile was there as well. One of the waitresses said she couldn't believe how pretty she was. She's 18 now. I didn't see her through. I just saw Em for a few seconds. No one else from D12, Dre, 50 or Paul or anyone. And apparently after I left, Eminem's manager complained to the Lucky Strike manager about a guy who came in and stared.

Again, you can choose to believe me or not, but I wouldn't waste my time typing up this long post and including texts between me and my cousin. I'm a 24 year old teacher with a lot on my hands. This is relevant and I want to share it with you guys. I know there will definitely be skeptics or whatever who wanna say "yea, yea, a few text pics and you think you saw Emimem.. idiot" Whatever thats your point of view but the man himself was bowling today in NYC.

I only wonder why Em was in NYC today though. Perhaps he brought the family to NYC and was at Interscope to submit the final album?? Idk, but seeing Em today really has me hyped for the new album.

But what really has me thinking is why would he be in NYC? I mean people travel, it's quite possible he was just on vacation with his daughter(s) or whatever. But I mean I think it has to be business related especially when you consider how close Interscope is to Lucky Strike.. not far at all...
