Cassidy can spit bars but he not a good artist. Meek Mill makes much better music than anything Cassidy has done. Meek could never be Philly's best rapper... he's good & is probably the hottest right now but still not the best outta Philly.

On top of my head...he can't touch Black Thought, Beanie Sigel, Freeway or Vinnie Paz...
Cass was way better in his prime & recently murdered him whit that diss track too.

I listen to Beanie, Freeway, but can't say i'm into Vinnie Paz, Black Thought it must sound like a clishe but their style just bores me they can rap no doubt but just don't find their songs good or interesting, I think Free is defo better than Meek tho but Meek right now the hottest in Philly. I like that delivery he has

Black Thought is one of the best rappers of all time... the thing is he was too dedicated to The Roots & never really had an impact as a solo artist but he's always been amazing.

Meek is the hottest right now but that's just a moment... State Property dudes had similar moments when Jay & Beanie introduced them back in the day.

I heard Black Thought i know he a vet but could never get into his music. I luv underground music as well as mainstream all styles of rap but i just found Black Thought kinda un appealing to listen to.
