Trying to say Kanye isn't one of the best modern artists is the finest example of ignorance. He's not the best rapper, but he's decent at that too. He focuses more on the emotional/musical/creative side of a project.

If you say Biggie is overrated then Tupac is overrated too.

Nah 2pac is a legend. He was Em's fave rapper and Em said he was 1 of his biggest influences musically. 2pac just made great music. As you prolly know he also is number 2 on Em's greatest of all time list.

Biggie was a better rapper and rhymer than Tupac. Tupac may have influenced many people today but if we're talking about skills as an MC then Biggie is better.

@ Kill you Disagree with that. When it's all said and done though song writting>>>>>>>>>anything else like you just said. You can have all the spiritual miricle rhymes in the world but if you can't write good songs, make good music people vibe to. Then you can never get the respect of a dope writer. Not to say Biggie was bad but 2pac was way ahead as a writer. Music is about more than punchlines and just rhymes. That's why Pac, Em, DMX are top 5

Okay and you just had an whole argument with yourself when I never said any of that lol. I said as an MC Biggie was better and that's true. I didn't say as a lyricist, did I? Pac was clearly a better songwriter. I was talking about as a rapper.

As much as I like him, I have to say Eminem, at least recently. Ever since Em released songs like Not Afraid and Love The Way You Lie, "stans" start to jump on his dick and say he is the best rapper on this earth, when that isn't true. They probably haven't even heard Biggie or Pac, who are also a little bit overrated in my opinion, but are still iconic.

absolutely nothing overrated about Em. He bafflingly still doesn't get the respect he deserves and continues to be left off plenty of "greatest" lists, which is ironic, considering he's the greatest ;)
