I think you mean Jared Benton, right? His music is okay, but once again, Hopsin>>>>>>>>all of FV combined.

Dawg, I usually agree with you and I respect you but I think we might disagree here.

I can understand you not liking his verse on the cypher (even though he was the best on that cypher), it was average. He had two dope lines and that's it. But he killed the XXL Cypher.

And his verse ruined Stabbed? You gotta be fucking kidding me. He has the better verse and by far. Lynch is spitting his usual bullshit (not that I don't like it) and Tech isn't really anything special. Then Hop comes in and kills it and makes you like the song more.

Now this is kinda funny. Because first of all, every rapper you like believes in the Illuminatis. Hell, even fucking Yelawolf does. He mentions them on his songs, he talks about occulism and corny stuff like that too.
A$ap, Kanye, Em, they all talk about illuminatis. It's dumb, but don't act like he's the only one to do that.

Bottom line is.. People have their own opinions about conspiracy theories. It's okay if you don't run it to the ground, and he doesn't do it.

Then.. A failed copy of Eminem? How is he a copy of Eminem? Eminem never rapped about being straight edge, and their content isn't really similar most of the time.
It's obvious on some songs like Baby's Daddy, but Hopsin separated himself from that Slim Shady gimmick and imitation a long time ago now.

Tyler and Hopsin were both influenced by Em and D12 and you can notice it in their style. Hopsin takes it farther because his production is similar to the Dre/Scott Storch/Eminem era.
That's also probably why it feels like Hopsin is more of a biter, the overall sound of the song might be similar.. Not just the rapping style.

And believe it or not, he does stir up controversy.
Ill Mind Of Hopsin 4? It had a huge buzz, 20 millions views and got Tyler kinda mad. It was on every blog, B.o.B and T.I reposted it etc..
Ill Mind of Hopsin 5? It had an even bigger impact, stirred up some shit and people loved it. 20 millions views, 20 000 copies sold from his basement on his first week, charted on billboard his buzz kept getting bigger and bigger.

Hopsin is a huge name in the underground. He's right behind Tech N9ne now, with only two albums out.

I'm not entering the Tyler vs Hopsin debate, but I really don't understand how someone could call him a bad rapper.

Hey hey hey, I am a Hopsin fan. One of my favourite songs right now is Ill Mind 5.

I think he killed the XXL Cypher, and that is probably the reason why I hated the BET Cypher so much...it was disappointing.

Stabbed had a terrible Hop verse. Throughout the entire thing all I heard was "I'm Hopsin. I haven't even charted in the hot 100 with ANYTHING yet, and I'm already complaining about the fame. I'm a whiny bitch." Not only that, but I found his ability to make interesting multis sound natural to be almost completely absent in this song. It sounded like The Way I Am: Hopsin's Shitty Version.

Am I A Psycho verse >>>>>>>>>Stabbed verse for the reason that Hop was creative on that track and he didn't bitch about anything. He needs to understand that's he is NOT EMINEM, and thus SHOULD NOT GET PISSED ABOUT PEOPLE APPROACHING HIM. Em had a good enough reason for being pissed at his fans. He was being followed EVERYWHERE. Hop isn't even on the same page popularity-wise as fucking Tyler The Creator.

And Hop doesn't bite Em's style? PLEASE. He whines and bitches about fans approaching him ALL THE TIME, much like Em did in the old days (cept, once again, Em was actually POPULAR).

See, the difference between Yela and Hopsin is that Yelawolf said that he's not illuminati, and chastised fans for thinking that he was. And on the same song Em made fun of the idea of Illuminati ("Illuminati is here"). It is obvious that Yelawolf wasn't serious about illuminati shit. Hop on the other hand made stupid assumptions on Nocturnal Rainbows that probably got the conspiracy theorist bitches jizzing in their pants.

Oh, and no. He doesn't stir up controversy. He got popular. Not very popular, not even as popular as Tyler yet, but popular enough. And he was rapping about controversy on his first album, before the buzz.

And finally, Hopsin had one album. Jizzing at the Moonshine or whatever it was called doesn't count imo.

My thoughts about him will problably change to the better after I will see him live in france the 22nd of august.
Slaughterhouse will be there too, but ofcourse Em is the highlight.
Yelawolf is coming to two diffferent plays with Em, SH and Tyler but not on this one :(

At this point Im kind of pissed of, because I feel robbed of the chance of seeing Yela. If I knew Em would have supportacts and who they would be, I would have booked my tickets differently.
Och well, Yela is only 34ish so, I will probalby get the chance to see him another time ;)
