I Think Em is done with laying vocals, recording and mixing. What I mean is, the songs that are supposed to be on the album are already complete.
so RIGHT NOW(or since last 1 or 2 months) i think , Em is trying to figure out the lead single, tracklisting,skits and all that shit which also takes a LOT of time. so yeah.....
