Edit: S80 before mbdtf, your favorite album Image

Take Care is pretty personal to me, there are many songs on it that represent feelings I am all too familiar with. Drake is great at expressing emotions and what not, which I am quite poor at, so it's good to hear thoughts and feelings that I can't articulate. Same reason I love MBDTF so much. I think C2 is better than Devil's Night honestly. I really like pre-2010 Wayne. Section.80 is a fucking monster, I've en bumping it pretty much everyday for the last two months. I'm Stanning for Kendrick pretty hard this year.

I like c2 and c3 :sweating: , I just think that his old mixtapes and guest verses were better.
It's a shame for him, he dropped hit after hit and murdered every rapper on their own tracks. I don't think that his discography is amazing but his 05-09 run is easily one of the most dominant out of any rapper ever IMO.

he used to drop like 50 guest verses a year and I still think that all of them were great... it's a shame because he should have kept these verses for later... he has been trash since Eminem's come back :coffee:

Yup. Hopsin's Raw is an incredible, incredible album, and so is Kickin' & Screamin'. When it comes to The Jokerr, I just love the way he takes dissing to the next level. Also, his mixing is great.

Raw is a joke in comparison to some of the shit you listed

I love Jokerr, but I just don't see him on the "best of all time" list. Krizz Kaliko is nowhere near legendary material.

Props for including Dan Bull, though.

I didn't get into Wayne until '09 when he dropped No Ceilings. I went back and checked out Tha Carter and The Carter 2 and really like them (bMannie Fresh is forever underrated) and C3 just seemed underwhelming. The drugs had well and truly kicked in by then, it seemed like it had much less energy compared to his last two.
I agree that all his earlier mixtapes and guest verses were great. Could you post a few features from that era that you particularly enjoy (Last Post thread maybe to avoid spamming here) ? I enjoyed his verse on Strange Clouds recently, other than that though I haven't enjoyed much from him.

I'm not saying there is, but it making the top 25 of the 100 greatest hip-hop albums of all time just shows the youth on this forum. There are too many hip-hop albums that are far better than Raw.

Yeah I see what you mean. I actually think its silly, but people are just giving their favourite albums and that's one of the flaws of this. I'm still curious about the outcome though. Hope it turns out well.
