Listening to it again, there is not a single bad song tbh, but I'm still trying to figure out where are the great songs

On KTT in the huge J. Cole thread, people love it. In the music sxn though, people bash it. Granted, they're the same ones who keep making J. Snore jokes then proceed to listen to every project he's released so far. But this might be an album that's a grower. I still have to listen to it though. (Still buying on June 18th along with Yeezus!)

The production is fantastic but there are too many flaws.

After 2 listens, it's a very secure album.

J Cole needs to stop with this "I have something to prove on my albums shit so no features". This album was crying for a Jay Z, Lupe, Kendrick, Drake,... verses.

Production is fire but cole trying too hard with the mic presence an flow on this and content-wise, its alright at best.. thats being generous..


7.5/10, I'm disappointed because I expected a lot more from this album

So far Kendrick has 2 great-fantastic projects to his belt. Cole has nothing, he had potential but he miserably failed. listening to GKMC now m8
