Interesting Born Sinner review (Born Sinner vs Yeezus)

Postby PAINKILLƎR » Jun 8th, '13, 04:07

Almost every song on "Born Sinner" is better than those two from "Yeezus" (admittedly, full-length studio versions of "New Slaves" and Black Skinhead" haven't emerged yet). It seems inevitable that Kanye will win the sales showdown come June 18, but the excellence of "Born Sinner" makes the once unlikely-seeming possibility that Cole could win the more important contest — over listeners' ears — a lot more real.

Alex Gale has been a yeezy hater since day 1 =p

and Billboard praise every album :-k

...and you can expect Pitchfork to pan Born Sinner because they love kanye

edit: didn't like new slave but Black Skinhead has the potential to be an amazing song imo

Well if we just the compare the "singles" which are Power Trip and Crooked Smile, they're already better than New Slaves and Black Skinhead which are (let's be honest here) average tracks.

I would easily agree if it was only about the singles too... I loved Cole's & didn't really like Kanye's.
