"Earlier in the month, it was reported that surveillance video obtained by pop star Justin Bieber’s security team proved the teen singer was not behind the wheel of his Ferrari during a neighborhood speeding incident, which took place in May.

According to ABC News, that video footage has now been obtained by local police and a spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department revealed that others have confirmed the video does show rapper Tyler, The Creator behind the wheel of Bieber’s Ferrari."
