A rapper gets a pass for releasing such a terrible rap album and gets called innovative and new, yet the album is a terrible rap album.
I wonder why Em never got passes on the accents or Recovery etc. And those where exellent rap albums. Fucking people started movements to take him down...

It must be frustrating being someone like Em now. I hope he gets pissed at this fucking corny shit and decides to not play the nice guy anymore. Team up with Yela and eat these fucking mna lisa pussies...
We're listening to rap, not fucking painting a beautiful panting to hang up in our fucking livingroom.

Idiots.

But there is no excuse for his terrible performance as a rapper on this album. It's down right fucking garbage. We all know Kanye is no Eminem or Nas, but this by far is his worst rapping ever.

Comments like this are so stupid. Go listen to slaughterhouse or tech n9ne, lol.

You're a fucking idiot.

"I just talked to Jesus
He said, "What up Yeezus?"
I said, "Shit I'm chilling
Trying to stack these millions"

Real genius right there.

As opposed to

"Have confidence, speak with conviction
Don't put 'em asleep when you rock it
This is harmony, the Nina's taking you through it
Make it buttery, utterly beautiful, make it fluid
Sickology 101 is in session, I thought you knew it
We murderin' motherfuckers in music, that's how we do it!"

 Those are terrible lyrics but for Tech N9ne they're awesome because they actually make sense. Don't make me post 20 lines of fucking gibberish from Tech, because he has some truly awful lines.

Oh man, another butt-hurt Stan. I only wish Yeezus was released the same time as Em's album so it could win more Grammys.
Thanks for proving AbramIsaac's point, though.

Oh my god...
So you really have to go that fucking far to be creative?
Yelawolfs TMR was complete shit then, with generic old rap lyrics and beats? No, That is how you are creative and still make sense.
Yeezus is Kanyes own fucking little Encore.

Lol, no it's not. Of course I think TMR is shit, it's YelaWolf who I think is complete trash. A better example would be GKMC and that is a masterpiece and a great example of lyricism creating art. Kanye isn't only concerned with lyricism (and don't kid yourself, there are some absolute gems on this album), he's concerned with much much more.

You don't appreciate it it which is FINE. I don't appreciate what Yelawolf does and I think his music is shit, but I don't say he's talentless or that he's overrated or that his albums are objectively not good.

Yeezus is a 8.5/10, like it or not, it's a great album. Learn to accept that your opinion is just that - an opinion.

You just said he is complete trash, that makes your opinion based.
I never said Kanye was a talentless idiot. But he is an idiot though.
I compared two artistic releases (no mather what you and I think of them) to eachother trying to prove that one of them is still in the borders of hip hop, while the other is a shit stain on the carpet that someone tried spraying air freshener on.
Why didnt he rap like he used too on top of these "orgasmic" beats? Why pause out everything exept the music for like 6 min on the entire project? Why hire someone else to write shit for you? Why pay someone to make these beats for you, when you youreself is such a glamourus producer?

I said I think Yelawolf is shit, that's an opinion and not one I am trying to convey as fact.

Yeezus, like Kanye West, is bigger than rap. I don't understand what your problem is. If you don't like it, don't listen? :/ Either way it's a great album.

Sure, I can accept that too.
The problem is though, that it would lead to the fact that every single fucking rapper will just go berserk with crazy sounds, autotune, wierd packaging of the cd, album titles that can go fuck themselfs, song titles that clearly is made just to be offensive all the time etc etc.
Because atleast theyre being 'artistic'.

Fuck this shit. TMR all the way if im wanting to hear an artist express their left side of the brain. :worship:
