I can't see Drake, Cole or Wale hanging around for 10 years. Kendrick though is in it for the long haul, he's going to go down as a legend.

We're gonna rock this house until we knock it down
So turn the volume loud, cause it's mayhem 'til the a.m.
So baby make just like K-Fed and let yourself go, let yourself go
Say fuck it before we kick the bucket
Life's too short to not go for broke

I can see Drake still being here just because he kinda took Waynes place with all the douchy college kids bumping him. As much as I want Wale to stick around I think MMG was his worst move.

It becomes more and more depressing the more I hear Drake being hyped up as if he's going to become a legend one day.

God I just cringe placing Drake and the word "legend" in the same sentence

Drake and Kendrick are for sure.

J.Cole probably has about 3 or 4 years left before he becomes a niche type artist, I can't see him adapting to an era change.

At least he's better than Wayne.

Very true, I can actually tolerate him.

Prime Wayne was great, great wordplays, amazing delivery, good flows :flutter:
I can't believe he is the man who made Carter4, IANAHB2 and all these shitty mixtapes

Look at Em, prime example. He actually fucked up pretty quickly.

And look where Em is at, fans suck his nuts all the time, still calling him the greatest,

Drake will fall off in 10 years.

J Cole will loose relevancy over the next 5 tbh.

Dr. Dre will finally drop Detox.

....And Tyler, the Creator will make a MBDTF-esque album. Mark my fucking words.

After being deemed ‘'King Kendrick’‘, I think he is under a lot of pressure to duplicate his performances, It will be interesting to see what direction he will take, but I know he can make at least 2 more albums on the level of S80/GKMC

And Mac Miller will make a classic album.

You know, before Watching movies i would have said that you are fucking crazy, but after i listened to that album i was really shocked that the motherfucker who did songs like these http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wdaI7F3Jv5M , could drop such a creative album. I mean, i've been one of the guys that went ahead and said mac is wack, without really listening to his stuff so i gave it a try and it was really good. I'm even going to say it's the best album of 2013 so far.

I honestly cannot see Wale staying relevant for more than 3+ years.. Drake and J Cole.. Maybe..
Kendrick definitely will..

Yelawolf will be seen as a leader of the new school after Love Story drops.. Mark my words.

Not really...

Em has made good music in basically every year since 1997-now aka 16 years.

He just hasn't put out a classic album every time, but that gets looked at as a failure in his case due to putting out three in a row initially... so it was expected, and anything less felt 'meh'...

But if you look at the music he's made in each album era... Encore is the only truly bad album out of the bunch, but even that has good music ("Mosh", "Yellow Brick Road" etc.)...

And then look at the hip-hop he's made in 09 and 010: "3am", "Same Song and Dance", "Stay Wide Awake", "Buffalo Bill" (and basically all of Relapse), and then basically all of Recovery bar a few tracks, with the standouts being "Space Bound", "Cinderella Man"... ; what other mainstream rapper, even the 'new era' which should be 'better', are making things as potent as "Cinderella Man" lately? They're all lazy as fuck.

All Em hasn't done is make classic albums one after the next, he's made a few classics, a couple of decent and one bad album... that's a pretty good rate. But he's made classic hip-hop in every era or moment he's been active, the same of which I'm not sure can be said even for the new guys... what's J.Cole put out or contributed that's truly going to even be remembered in 3 years let alone 13.
