I feel like Hopsin is the better rapper from a technical standpoint, but Tyler is a much better artist and more creative with his music. I also enjoy pretty much all of Tyler's music, whereas Hopsin is very hit and miss for me.

Hopsin for sure. I had to force myself to listen to Tyler's discography to see what the fuss was about, domo23 and Yonkers are the only songs I've liked tbh and even then....he's unique I'll give him that but I'm not sure it's in a good way. Prefer Earl tbh.

All he's been rapping about lately is "you shouldn't take drugs", the industry, Illuminati, being independant & of course whack rappers.

OH yes lmao. Hopsin does lack substance. Substance to me is not trying to relate to everyone, being all sappy like Hopsin likes to do...it's really lame to me when rappers make songs like that over and over again. Tyler brings concepts, stories, creativity, imagination, and the dude can rap well. I see that as substance. Anyone can rap about how bad drugs are or how bad their life is LMAO. It's when you step out of the box, step out of yourself, that you start making mature music. That's what Tyler did with Wolf. Hopsin has yet to do this. I'll listen to Hopsin, the guy can rhyme well, but I also see Hopsin as more "gimmicky" than even Tyler is. Tyler doesn't take it seriously is the difference, he even called his own album Wolf trash before it leaked lol.
