I know niggas gonna say okay, its the music as a whole, to vibe to, but he's just rambling, not saying much.

Can you post some examples? Preferably from the last 5 years? There may be some hollow bars here and there but not any more than anyone else. Tech puts a ton of emotion and meaning into his work. http://youtu.be/gqsSFTn3Clw?t=21m40s
i'm comin in, drivin my short bus
with this nose i don't need a torch up
bustin through, light the industry's porsche up
comin after who didn't support us...
imma change your brain bring
every wicked bit of strange to mainstream

Half of his music is that way, yeah, but the other half is also full of emotion. The dude just values great rhyming over substance. Nothing wrong with that, either vibe to it or find someone else to listen to.

Tech is infinitely better than the Joker. Tech is an elite MC and the Jokerr is some asshole with a couple good songs and a few good diss verses. They are nowhere near the same level. The point in the OP is why I hold em and some others above Tech as a whole, but tech still does have really great emotion in a lot of songs as others have stated. As a straight MC though...ain't nobody fuckin with tech IMO

Lel, he can't be an elite MC if his albums suck major dicks.

Tech has the "catalogue" as well since a lot of people seem to think that's important. He's been rapping at a very high caliber for practically 20 years straight now. He never got lazy and gave up on lyricism or had a strangely bad fall off album. In fact, he's getting better with age. The verses he's putting out now are just as good if not better than anything he's done.

So much truth in one verse, nothing to add :o

Allow me to break shit down
Let's rhyme
Tech n9ne
Blind shredder (CHA)
Predictable patterning
With a flattering end cap as a tie jetter (CHA)
Then a couple in a minute bars
For a double A, B, A stanza
That commands in advanced of the bonanza
Then it all ends up in the same rhyme letter (CHA)
But he won't stop there
He'll take it to the A bar
Make a nigga way hard
Then he goes (CHA) in between (CHA) everything (CHA) that he says (CHA) what a great time setter (CHA)
He might even switch it from 30 seconds and divide it to triplets and introduce harmony for the philogyny because cuz ladies love his singing like fine leather (CHA)
Then we speed it up faster but it doesn't really gotta make sense (CHA)
Cause the fans can't even understand what he says anyways knew better if they did they'd laugh when a nigga say shit like
"Dark and wicked, (CHA) Autistic kid, (CHA) picking up frogs and crickets" Then he goes back to the line header. (CHA)
It's called completion, it's all cohesive, it's basic music theory bitch and it ain't that hard to teach it
Listen I ain't got nothing but love for the nigga but he's not the governor of the shit
And I'd love to admit it but I really can't in good conscience cause the fact of the matter is I'm better (CHA)

And if you got a problem with it you can kiss these cheeks in a beat while you're nodding with it here we [GO,GO]
Look at the jester [GO,GO]
Dissin' on Tech like [OH NO]
Can he do that?
Yeah, and I don't need Y'all's permission

Listen, to all you up and coming rappers, I know it's tough, but if you know you're dope then you go after what you [KNOW KNOW]
And don't let them tell you to [GO HOME]
Travis and Davis are [BOZOS]
So what we gonna say to them? (uhhh) FUCK WHAT YOU THINK!

You guys are crazy. Putting one of the greatest to ever do it against The Jokerr, lol

Tech has plenty of content in his songs, he is the all-time master of flows period, and he's arguably the most consistent of all time. Listen to his recent verses. He's as skilled if not better than he was from the start and guess what? He has been through his entire career. This forum is so backwards sometimes it's not even funny. And odd part is, next month everyone has a different opinion, next year everyone has an even different opinion. It's stupid

tbh :coffee:

and PS: Look at my posts, I DO think The Jokerr is a talented musician. Too talented, it seems. Don't get it twisted.

Nice. Some backup haha. I was beginning to feel lonely even though I would've sworn more tech fans would've come to my aid

I was thinking the same, bro. :b:
